Sri Lanka Institute of Development Administration (SLIDA), a body incorporated under the Ministry incharge of the subject of Public Administration, was established in May 1982, by Act No. 9 of 1982. It is the premier institute vested with the responsibility of competency enhancement and professional development of executives in the public sector.

⁖ The Sri Lanka Institute of Development Administration (SLIDA) is the premier public institution responsible for building the capacity of the Sri Lankan public service through training and development, management consultancy services and research.

๐Ÿ”Ž Applications are invited from candidates with the following qualifications to fill the vacant posts of Management Assistant (Non-Technical) in the institution.

» Educational Qualification :
  • Passes in six (06) subjects at the General Certificate of Education (General Certificate) Examination with credit passes in seven (4) subjects including General/Pemalan, Mathematics, and English Language.
  • Passed a minimum of three (3) subjects at the General Certificate of Education (Advanced Level) Examination, excluding the General Examination.
Pay scale :
  • MA 1-1 – 2025 เถปු.46,220-540×10-630×7-890×4-1190×20-83,390/-
The method of selection
  • Through a written test and a face-to-face interview.
⁖ Age :
  • Must be at least 18 years old and not more than 45 years old.
Written Competitive Examination - Syllabus :
  1. Language Proficiency : Where the candidate is expected to join the service and his proficiency in the English language is tested. There, it is a question paper to measure the candidate's ability in expression, comprehension, spelling and the use of general grammar rules.
  2. Aptitude Test and General Knowledge : A question paper to test the candidate's knowledge of the current state of aptitude and skills to perform the tasks assigned to him well.
  3. Computer Test : A test to measure the candidate's knowledge and ability in basic concepts related to information technology and various uses related to computer use and file management.
» The final decision regarding the recruitment of the above-mentioned candidates rests with the Governing Board.
