For Undergraduates :
- Age: Up to 24 years.
- Undergraduates from a local or foreign university.
For School Leavers :
- Age: between 19 - 23 years.
- Should pass the G.C.E. O/L Examination with minimum of six (06) credit passes including Mathematics & English.
- Pending A/L results.
Candidate Profile :
- A passion for learning and innovation.
- Good command of English & Sinhala Languages.
- Good Interpersonal skills.
- Competency in MS applications including MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Having a Banking-related qualification will be an added advantage.
