HR ASSISTANT
- The HR Assistant will support daily HR operations, including maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment, coordinating interviews, handling HR documentation, and providing general administrative support to the HR team.
Job Responsibilities :
- Assist with recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and liaising with candidates.
- Maintain employee records and ensure accurate documentation.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining HR databases.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team.
- Handle day-to-day HR inquiries and support employee engagement activities.
Candidate Profile
- Diploma, HND or Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role. (Freshers who have completed an HR internship will also be considered)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Organised, proactive, and a good team player.
