Colombo Bartender & Barista School (CBBS) is a vocational education provider in Sri Lanka, accredited by the Tertiary and Vocational Education Commission (TVEC), that specializes in training aspiring bartenders and baristas.
» Founded in 2015, it is a subsidiary of the Aviha Group and offers a range of courses, from basic certificates to advanced mixology, with a focus on practical skills and industry-ready graduates.
» The school has multiple locations and has trained thousands of professionals for the hospitality industry in Sri Lanka and beyond.
Key Responsibilities :
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain student records in the database.
- Assist in preparing reports and documents related to student activities and administration.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of all information handled.
- Support the Student Affairs Team with daily administrative tasks.
Requirements :
- G.C.E. A/L qualification or equivalent.
- Strong computer literacy (MS Excel, Word, and data management systems).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
- Prior experience in data entry or administration will be an added advantage.
