๐ Call Center - Executives
A fantastic opportunity awaits outgoing and dynamic individuals with experience in customer service to join our Call Center.
- They will be responsible for customer care and for maintaining service levels beyond expectations.
Responsibilities :
- Enthusiastically attend to inbound and outbound calls.
- Provide feedback for customer inquiries and ensure that follow up actions take place.
- Attend to customer inquiries empathetically and help them resolve the same.
- Assist and continuously update customer information on the System.
- To elevate and maintain the Arpico Insurance brand image.
Candidate Should Possess :
- Successful completion of the G.C.E A/L examination.
- A minimum of 01 year experience working as a Call Center officer.
- Strong PR skills.
- Ability to handle and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Tamil is a key requirement.
