Key Responsibilities :
- Responds to a high volume of telephone inquiries about the company's products or services.
- Promotes and sell the company products or services.
- Investigate and resolve complaints.
- Need to use a computer system to track questions and answers as well as enter or check the status of orders.
- Telemarketing of the organization's product or service.
Qualifications :
- Good results were obtained in the GCE A/L & O/L examination.
- Freshers and school leavers are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal communication, telephone etiquette.
- Fluency in Sinhala and English is essential while fluency in Tamil would be an added advantage.
- Age between 20 to 25
- Negotiation, adaptability and stress tolerance are essential.
