- Management Trainees To Specialized Areas - Risk, Audit, Finance, Compliance And Business Revival
Eligibility Requirement :
- Candidate should be a citizen of Sri Lanka.
- Should possess full qualification (passed finalist) of one of the following professional bodies.
- The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (ICA-SL)
- The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA-UK)
- The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants of UK (CIMA-UK)
OR
- Should possess minimum level II qualification in Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
AND
- Should have a minimum of one year experience in Audit/Finance/Risk Management/ Compliance preferably in a Bank or a financial institution or in a reputed Audit firm.
Age :
- Age should be not more than 28 years as at the closing date of applications.
Method Of Selection :
- Shortlisted applicants based on the stipulated qualifications will be called for a structured interview conducted by the Bank.
- The interview will be conducted to verify whether the applicant has satisfied the minimum eligibility criteria mentioned in the newspaper advertisement and to ascertain as to whether the candidates have the necessary Technical Knowledge, Skills regarding Audit, Finance Management, Compliance, Risk Management, Business Revival etc.
- The selection will be made in the order of merit basis.
- The appointment will be made on a two-year fixed-term training contract basis and performance will be evaluated annually.
Terms And Conditions
- The selectees will be provided with hands-on training at the Risk Management and Credit Control Department, Audit Department, Finance and Management Accounting Department, Compliance Department, Business Revival Unit or any other Department where the Management of the Bank decides that their services are required.
- Those who complete the two-year period of training satisfactorily will be considered to be absorbed in the permanent cadre to a position equivalent to the grade of Assistant Manager (3-III) based on your performance and at the sole discretion of the management.
- The number of vacancies to be filled and the effective date of appointment shall be determined at the discretion of the Bank.
๐ A monthly allowance of Rs. 100,000/- will be paid during the period of training.
