Office Assistant
- Prepare and follow up on payment requests for suppliers and service providers.
- Collect, check, and organize bills and invoices before submitting them for payment.
- Coordinate with the Finance team to ensure timely and payments. accurate processing of
- Maintain clear records of payment documents, receipts, and expense files.
- Handle petty cash related to admin operations and support day-to-day expense tracking.
- Assist with monthly payment summaries and reports related to admin operations.
Who We Want
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel, especially for data entry, basic calculations, and maintaining payment logs.
- Detail-oriented and accurate when handling financial and administrative tasks.
- Organized and reliable, with the ability to maintain proper records.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision and manage your time effectively.
- A team player who is willing to support others when needed.
- Honest, responsible, and trustworthy.
- A good communicator, both verbal and written.
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role will be considered an added advantage.
