Office Assistant
  • Prepare and follow up on payment requests for suppliers and service providers.
  • Collect, check, and organize bills and invoices before submitting them for payment.
  • Coordinate with the Finance team to ensure timely and payments. accurate processing of
  • Maintain clear records of payment documents, receipts, and expense files.
  • Handle petty cash related to admin operations and support day-to-day expense tracking.
  • Assist with monthly payment summaries and reports related to admin operations.
Who We Want
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel, especially for data entry, basic calculations, and maintaining payment logs.
  • Detail-oriented and accurate when handling financial and administrative tasks.
  • Organized and reliable, with the ability to maintain proper records.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision and manage your time effectively.
  • A team player who is willing to support others when needed.
  • Honest, responsible, and trustworthy.
  • A good communicator, both verbal and written.
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role will be considered an added advantage.
