Fintrex Finance Limited is a Non-Bank Financial Institution (NBFI) regulated by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka and backed by Fairfax Holdings, a global insurance giant. We are looking for a Junior Executive - Operations to join our team at the Head Office.

Job Role & Responsibilities :

Assess customers' creditworthiness and provide recommendations
Ensure accuracy in payment processing
Assist in loan recovery processes to maintain a strong portfolio
Prepare and provide MIS reports to management
Support the team in meeting service level agreements (SLAs)

Skills & Qualifications :

Successfully completed G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) Examinations
Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field (finance, operations, or banking is an added advantage)
Highly self-motivated and proactive individual
