Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct accurate gold appraisals by assessing weight, purity, and market value using standard tools and methods.
- Handle gold loan processing, including eligibility checks, documentation, and timely disbursement of funds.
- Ensure full compliance with internal policies, KYC norms, and Central Bank regulations during all transactions.
- Manage the secure storage and retrieval of pledged gold articles, following proper safety protocols.
- Deliver professional customer service, maintaining confidentiality and building trust with clients.
- Maintain clear and organized records, including customer files, appraisal details, and transaction logs.
- Support loan follow-ups and renewals, assisting customers with repayments, extensions, and inquiries.
Required Qualifications :
- Qualified degree from a recognized university or institute (Any stream).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, especially in financial or appraisal-related tasks.
- A proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail when handling gold assets and documentation.
- Age below 25 years, with a positive mindset and readiness to take on new challenges.
