🔎 Customer Service Assistant/ Relationship Officer/ Operations Officer

Job Profile :

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Ensure all business transaction documents are complete and well-organized.
Keep client information and documents accurate and up to date.
Enter facility details into the system, generate supply agreements, and handle payment requisitions.
Handle all insurance-related tasks for credit facilities and coordinate with vehicle suppliers to ensure excellent customer service.
Keep learning and improving through training and development.

Candidate Profile :

An academic record including the successful completion of GCE A/L
A dynamic and results-oriented individual with good analytical and negotiation skills.
Experience in similar capacity would be an added advantage.
Posses excellent computer literacy in MS Office applications.
Candidate should be within the area/ region.
Fluency in English/Tamil and Sinhala is essential.
