Job Responsibilities :

  • Handle a high volume of inbound calls and assess customer needs.
  • Review customer inquiries, problems, requests, and suggestions and determine appropriate solutions or responses.
  • Communicate effectively with clients through written correspondence.
  • Handle and follow up on hotline cash sales inquiries.
  • Respond to emails addressed to the Customer Service Department.
  • Manage back-end customer service processes using FedEx tools and systems.
  • Distribute calls/emails to relevant resources to ensure customer needs are met promptly.
  • Maintain records and handle general correspondence.

Candidate Profile :

  • Minimum 3 passes at G.C.E. A/L.
  • Minimum 6 credits at G.C.E. O/L (including English & Mathematics).
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role (preferred).
  • Computer literacy.
  • Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
  • Willingness to work on a shift basis.
