Job Responsibilities :
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls and assess customer needs.
- Review customer inquiries, problems, requests, and suggestions and determine appropriate solutions or responses.
- Communicate effectively with clients through written correspondence.
- Handle and follow up on hotline cash sales inquiries.
- Respond to emails addressed to the Customer Service Department.
- Manage back-end customer service processes using FedEx tools and systems.
- Distribute calls/emails to relevant resources to ensure customer needs are met promptly.
- Maintain records and handle general correspondence.
Candidate Profile :
- Minimum 3 passes at G.C.E. A/L.
- Minimum 6 credits at G.C.E. O/L (including English & Mathematics).
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role (preferred).
- Computer literacy.
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to work on a shift basis.
