Wayamba Diagnostic Medical Laboratory is one of the largest laboratory chains in the Sri Lankan Medical Laboratory Industry, offering outstanding service to their clients. We are excited to announce the opening of our newest branch in Kandy and are looking for passionate and experienced professionals to join our team.

• Medical Laboratory Technicians (MLTs)
• Phlebotomists
• Customer Care Professionals
• Marketing Executive

🔎 What We’re Looking For :

Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)

• MLS Graduates or candidates with related discipline
• SLMC is considered as an additional qualification
• High computer literacy
• Prior experience in a similar capacity is a definite advantage
• Ability to manage workload with minimal supervision and autonomously
• Willingness to work on a shift basis

Customer Care Professionals

• Residents in close proximity to Kandy preferred, but not limited
• Pleasing personality with demonstrated experience in Customer Relationship Management
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of English and Sinhala; ability to communicate in Tamil is a definite advantage
• Strong customer care attitude with resolving issues and conflicts effectively
• Proficiency in working collaboratively, managing relations effectively
• Willingness to work on a shift basis

Phlebotomists

• More than 1 year of experience in a reputed laboratory is an added advantage
• Nursing diploma from a recognized institute
• Willingness to work on a shift basis

Marketing Executive

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns targeting the general public and healthcare professionals
• Increase awareness and popularity of our services through innovative and strategic campaigns
• Generate detailed reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually) on marketing performance within the territory
• Achieve an annual revenue growth target of 5% through proactive PR and marketing efforts
• Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field
• Proven experience in marketing or public relations, ideally within the healthcare industry
• Strong communication skills and a creative approach to reaching diverse audiences
