Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

• Evaluate and appraise gold articles while negotiating advances with customers following established guidelines and standardized procedures.
• Plan and implement efficient operations for the pawning/gold loan business, alongside promotional activities to boost growth.
• Maintain gold quality as per standards and ensure zero levels of overrated, dud, and fraudulent articles.
• Oversee the operational integrity of the pawning/gold loan process and maintain necessary records.
• Achieve targets related to investment portfolios and income generation, while addressing customer complaints, compliance, and regulatory mandates.

Experience & Qualifications :

• Should have passed the G.C.E. O/Level examination.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in pawning/gold loan operations.
• Full/Part qualification in Banking or completion of a recognized professional qualification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
