» The position holder will be responsible for contributing to the successful achievement of KPIs, managing customer interactions, and ensuring the efficiency of front office operations.

Personal Profile :

  • Passed Advance level and Ordinary level with Credit Passes for Mathematics and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and knowledge on ERP system will be added advantage.
  • Excellent customer service and problem solving skills.
  • Fluency in Sinhala, English and Tamil will be an added advantage.
  • 2-3 years of experience in similar capacity will be added advantage.

Job Profile :

  • Customer Product inspection and job creation.
  • Handling and resolving all incoming customer queries and questions.
  • Resolving customer complaints, refunds or trade in discounts as needed.
  • Referring problematic issues that cannot be solved to the service manager.
  • Providing quotations, invoicing and following up with shops and customers for collection.

» A customer service assistant is in charge of helping clients by responding to their questions, taking care of problems, and making sure they have a good experience. A few of the main responsibilities include responding to emails and phone calls, helping with product information, processing orders and returns, managing complaints, and keeping thorough records of all interactions with customers. For this position, strong problem-solving, empathy, and communication skills are imperative. The objective is to increase client satisfaction and loyalty by providing prompt, polite service.
