The Person :
  • Pleasing personality and able to work independently and in teams.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills and taking initiatives.
  • Customer service oriented and possessing the ability to identify changing customer needs.
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision based on assigned shifts and rosters.
  • Handle customer requirements via in-bound and out -bound calls.
  • Follow-up on customer requests and provide feedback.
Qualifications :
  • Passed GCE O/L Examination with credit passes in Mathermatics and English.
  • Passed GCE A/L in one sitting.
  • Strong Numerical skills and computer literacy.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Sinhala /Tamil.
  • Experience in health care operation is an added advantage.
  • Age below 30 years.

About Customer Care Officer Job
