THE ROLE :

• Manage inbound & outbound calls in a timely manner.
• Handle queries & provide accurate information to students.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions.
• Resolve enquires and requests efficiently.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Excellent communication skills in Sinhala & English (written and verbal).
• The ability to converse in Tamil will be considered as an added advantage.
• A team player mindset with excellent listening & problem-solving skills
• A minimum of 01 year work experience as a Call Center representative.
