Your primary responsibilities includes :

• Maintain and manage the overall ambiance level at the Front Area /Checkout counters Fully responsible for the Front Area/ Checkout counters cleanliness hygiene standards. Responsible for the staff grooming, staff welfare, and training needs.
• Carry out outlet manager's direction and commands.
• Responsible for customer service.
• Finalize refund, finalize POS at the day End and accurately complete the day end process
• Responsible for customer service.
• Display promo materials, maintain promotion related documents accurately and be responsible to send promo related documents, vouchers to head office on time.
• Get the settlement of EDC machines
• Be responsible to send monthly/Weekly report on time and emails on time.
• Age below 30 years.
• Fluency in Sinhala, Tamil and English
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
• Computer literacy is essential.
• Having prior.

• 1-2 Years' Retail Experience
• Proficient in People Management
• Knowledgeable in Front Office Operation
• Customer Service Skills
• Strong Communication & IT Skills
• Physical Fitness
