🔰 Civil Aviation Assistant (Post Code MA1-2 –CAA)

Civil Aviation Authority of Sri Lanka ensures through strategic planning, professional guidance and stringent surveillance under well establish regulatory framework, the operational of safe secure efficient regular and environment friendly national civil aviation system that conforms to the national legislative requirement and the International Standards and Recommended Practices (SARPs). Civil Aviation Authority of Sri Lanka is looking for energetic enthusiastic and self-motivated personnel to fill its vacancies in the following post.

Qualification and Experience :

    ✅ External Candidate
    Having passed the General Certification of Education (Ordinary Level) examination  in six (06) subjects in one sitting with credit passes for four (04) subjects including,
    • Sinhala / Tamil
    • English language
    • Mathematics
           AND
        Having passed three subjects (other than the General Paper) at the General Certification of Education (Advance Level) examination.

        ✅ Internal Candidate

        Option 1

        • Having obtained the qualifications required by the external candidates mentioned.

        Option 2

        • Having passed General Certification of Education (Ordinary Level) examination in six (06) subjects with credit passes four (04) subject including 

        1. Sinhala / Tamil
        2. English language
        3. Mathematics

           AND

        • Has completed a minimum of five (05) years satisfactory service in a permanent post as an Office Aide or a Driver is eligible to apply.

        Age limit :

        • Age should be not less than 18 years and not more than 45 years. The upper age limit will not apply to internal candidates.

        Remuneration Provided :

        • (Salary Scale - Rs. 27,910 – 10 x 300 – 7 x 350 – 12 x 600 - 12 x 710 – 49,080 - as per the MS Circular 02/2016)
        • All Inclusive of monthly remuneration of approximately Rs. 86,642.50 which would include the Basic Salary, Cost of living Allowance, Monthly Allowance, Interim Allowance, and Transport Allowance as per the applicable circulars.
        • Other Benefits - Health Insurance Scheme, Accident Insurance Scheme, Death Grant Scheme, Bonus, Leave Encashment
