Job description
The Person :- Pleasing personality and able to work independently and in teams.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and talking initiative.
- Being customer service oriented and possessing the ability to identify changing customer needs.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision on assigned shifts and rosters.
- Fulfill customer requirement via in-bound and out -bound calls.
- Follow-up on customer requests and provide feedbacks.
- Handling correspondences.
- Passed GCE O/L and completed GCE A/L.
- Strong Numerical skills and computer literacy.
- Ability to communicate in English and Sinhala /Tamil.
- Experience in health care operation is preferred.
- Age below 30 years.
