Job Accountabilities :

• Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
• Contribution towards the entire scope of Business Development Department related activities taking place as and when required.
• Growing business through the development of new leads and new contacts.
• Engage with Business Development operations and implement strategies.
• Collaborating with management on sales goals.
• Attending to day today operational works of the department.
• Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to grow business.
• Ability to work effectively with confidential information.
• Should be loyal and confidential.

Job Qualifications :

• Should possess a bachelor degree in Insurance/ Administration and Business Management or equivalent from a recognized University/Institute.
• Highly goal oriented and possess & interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well with people at all levels.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Good organization and people management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
• Adherence to work ethics.
• Highly motivated.
