Job Role :

  • Attend to all secretarial work of Chief Business Officer's office Including scheduling and coordinating meetings and action Items In an efficient manner with regular follow ups.
  • Handles and prioritize all outgoing and Incoming correspondence.
  • Maintain an efficientand effective filing system and manage database.
  • Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports.
  • Follow up on Implementation of actions as per the given timelines of Exco action Items, Board action Items and all the other relevant Board Committee action items.

Job Pre-Requisites :

  1. Completion of G.C.E. A/Ls.
  2. Possess relevant professional qualifications will be an added advantage.
  3. Proficiency In MS office package.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and PR skills are a must.
