Job Role :
- Attend to all secretarial work of Chief Business Officer's office Including scheduling and coordinating meetings and action Items In an efficient manner with regular follow ups.
- Handles and prioritize all outgoing and Incoming correspondence.
- Maintain an efficientand effective filing system and manage database.
- Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports.
- Follow up on Implementation of actions as per the given timelines of Exco action Items, Board action Items and all the other relevant Board Committee action items.
Job Pre-Requisites :
- Completion of G.C.E. A/Ls.
- Possess relevant professional qualifications will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency In MS office package.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and PR skills are a must.
