You should ideally :
- have passed the GCE O/L with credit passes for English and Mathematics and 3 passes at GCE A/L (excluding General English).
- possess part / full professional qualification acceptable to the Bank.
- possess approximately 06 years’ of experience in branch banking with exposure to handling high net-worth clients.
- possess a pleasing, confident and outgoing personality.
- have a strong sales and customer service mindset.
- have good communication & interpersonal skills.
- havea good knowledge on the products and services offered by a Bank.
You should ideally :
- identifying client needs, managing interactions with existing and potential customers; whilst introducing new relationships to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- maximizing long term revenue opportunities for Pinnacle Clientele and growing branch portfolio to achieve branch targets and increase profitability.
