Candidates should ideally :

be below 25 years of age.
have passed the G.C.E. O/L examination with credit passes for English and Mathematics and should have sat the G.C.E. Advanced level examination.
be a hard worker.
have good interpersonal and communication skills
basic knowledge in Excel functions, basic computer knowledge and interest to analyze data.
flexibility to work in night shifts.
have good negotiation skills.
possess ability to speak in Tamil will be an added advantage.

Selected candidates will be responsible for :

informing Customers and potential customers of the Bank’s products and services.
cross-selling products and services over the phone to customers.
listening to customer queries and handling them effectively.
assisting in conducting surveys on customer satisfaction levels and resolving complaints.
be flexible to work in weekends on a roster basis.
reviewing & analysing supporting documents received for credit appraisals.
inputting accurate data into internal systems.
negotiating and collecting payments from the customers.
