Responsibilities :

Assisting clients with insurance inquiries and providing information on products and services,
Processing insurance applications and helping clients choose the best coverage options for their needs,
Building and maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
Keeping up-to-date with industry developments and new products.
Continuously developing product knowledge and sales skills through training and coaching.

Requirement :

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
A desire to learn and grow within the insurance industry.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, higher education is a plus.
Having a motorcycle is an added advantage.
