* Possessing the following basic requirements, to be selected as Management Trainees.

Our Expectations :

• Be less than 27 years of age.
• A Graduate in Banking and Finance / Business Management / Commerce / Economics / Accountancy Finance / Mathematics / Law / Information Technology or Human Resources, preferably with a class from a recognized University.

OR

• Be a member / passed finalist in a recognized professional accounting body.
• Two years of working experience in a bank (including Internship) will be a distinct advantage.
• Be prepared to work in any branch locations.
• A self motivated individual with sound numerical, analytical and presentation skills.
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Leadership competencies that outline abilities, characteristics and behaviour needed to meet the challenges in Business.
• A High Performer with an outgoing personality.
