Job Profile :

• Liaise with department managers & internal and externaltrainees on scheduling and effective implementation of training programs. 
• Ensure training nominations are received on time and trainees are kept informed timely. 
• Assist managers in the evaluation of training effectiveness 
• Record & maintain training related expenses and ensure they are maintained within the allocated budgets. 
• Updaterecords to MIS accurately and in a timely manner. 
• Administer supplier payments within the agreed timeline. 
• Assist managers in the preparation of training materials and department events.

Personal Profile :

• Diploma in Human Resource Management or Business Management from a recognized institute/university. 
• Passed GCE O/L with credit passes for Mathematics and English. 
• Minimum one year experience in coordination role or in a HR position. 
• Competent in working on MS office packages. 
• Experience working on MIS Effective skillsincommunication, organizing & execution and time management.
