Job Role :

• Attending to Life Servicing daily work items including approvals. 
• Responsible for maintaining the Life Servicing pending ratio as per the stipulated SLAs. 
• Attending to Branch inquiries and customer inquiries. 
• Attending to MI requests. 
• Achievement of stipulated SLAs of the department. 
• Any other task/s assigned by the management.

Job Pre-Requisites :

• Completion of G.C.E A/Ls. 
• Previous experience in Life Serving department will be an added advantage. 
• IFC or Insurance Diploma in SLII will be an added qualification.
