As a Customer Experience Associate you are responsible for providing both new and existing customers with best-in-class service experience. You will have a varied workload including building and maintaining strong customer relations, dealing with complex inquires or complaints promptly, accurately and within company specified time frames or as promised to the customer.


Entry Requirements :

  • Ordinary Level (Maths – minimum S pass and English – A / B).
  • Between ages of 18 and 25.
  • Second language to be Sinhala / Tamil.
  • Available to work on weekends – 3 Saturdays and 2 Sundays based on operational requirement (OT will be paid).
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  • Willing to Work till 6pm during weekdays.
  • Willing to Wear the FL uniform.
  • Based in 20km from the Outlet Location.
  • Professional work ethic with flexibility and willingness to learn new skills.
  • IT literacy skills.
