Junior Relationship Assistant - Hatton National Bank Job Vacancies 2022

Role Accountabilities :

• Support maintenance of existing merchant relationships.
• Support in acquisition of new merchants for POS/MOMO/IPG/Lanka QR offerings.
• Support in timely and effective service for the merchant network and resolution of queries/enquiries.

Competencies :

• Experience in selling similar digital products will be an added qualification.
• Self-motivated, organised, efficient and outgoing individuals with outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet relevant deadlines in achieving sales targets.
• Ability to develop and maintain long term business relationships with high net worth individuals and corporate clients .
• Willingness to visit customers and canvass business.
• A good command of English language, both written & spoken is necessary.
• Build healthy relationships & work closely with all supporting units.

Requirements :

• Should have passed the G.C.E. Advanced Level Examination.
• Full/part professional qualification in Marketing (CIM/SLIM) would be an added advantage.
