Key Responsibilities :
- Ensure efficient management of employee turnover and absenteeism among team members
- Manage team member headcount effectively
- Effectively handle employee grievances.
- Organize & coordinate employee engagement activities
- Submit required data accurately and promptly to the management
Knowledge & Skills :
- Diploma or degree in Human Resource Management.
- Knowledge of MS Office package.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
