📌 The job holder will be expected to contribute to the achievement of sales targets, assist the manager in maintaining high store administrative standards, and achieve customer delight by providing an excellent duty-free shopping experience.

🔎 Customer Care Assistant (Duty Free)

Job Profile :

Consistent achievement of sales targets.
Maintain strong customer relationship and assist customer in choosing the best product according to their needs.
Assist the manager to maintain high standards of shop administration.
Daily cash banking, providing daily report to customs and preparing weekly reports.
Reconciliation of inventory balance.

Personal Profile :

Minimum 1 year experience at a retail store in a similar capacity will be an advantage.
Willing to work on a shift basis.
Passed ordinary levels with credit passes for Mathematics and English.
Effective communication skills and IT skills.
Age between 18 to 25 years.
