๐ Custodian Officer (Executive Grade)
Qualifications & Skills :
- GCE (O/L) Examination with 03 Years' Experience. OR
- G.C.E (A/L) examination with 3 passes with 02 Years' Experience.
- Degree from a recognized University OR Professional Qualification in relevant discipline will be an added advantage.
- Maximum age limit is 35 years.
Key Responsibilities :
- Check & Confirm security files of branches and update respective dashboards for file lodgement.
- Ensure timely lodging and completeness of security files.
- Maintain proper correspondence to comply with procedures.
- Verify security files of Leasing, Short-Term Loan, and Auto Loan portfolios.
- Identify documentation lapses, coordinate with branches for rectification, and confirm complete credit document files on dashboards.
- Providing monthly reports to the Range Head on branch-wise documentation and lodging status of Range 1.
- Confirm and release active security files for branches.
