» The position holder will be responsible for accurately handling cash and credit card transactions, maintaining proper records of all financial transactions in the IFS ERP system. He/She will be placed at our Refrigerator manuafacturing facility at Ratmalana.

🔎 position of Accounts Assistant cum Cashier

Personal Profile :

Minimum 02-03 years of experience in a similar role.
Part qualification in Academic or Professional Stream. Eg: AAT, CA (Sri Lanka), Higher Diploma, CMA.
Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly.
Basic Maths and computer skills.
High level of energy with strong customer service skills.
Helpful and courteous approach to resolving complaints.

Job Profile :

Proper maintenance of Petty Cash Imprest as per the guide-lines given by the Company.
Accurately handling of cash, credit cards, Singer Gift vouchers and Bank transfers.
Recording cash and hire purchase sales in IFS ERP System.
Handling scrap sales and all other miscellaneous sales.
Handling of employee payments.
Handling cash deposits and withdrawals from banks.
Count and verify the cash balance at the end of each working day.
