Located in Bandaragama, Pearl Bay includes Sri Lanka's only world-class water park built and certified to European health and safety standards, a FIA/CIK certified leisure and professional karting track, as well as air rifle and archery ranges.

Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, courteously and efficiently.
- Understand customer needs, clarify information, research issues and offer effective solutions or alternatives.
- Seize opportunities to promote and upsell products and services when appropriate.
- Demonstrate empathy, patience, and problem-solving skills to ensure positive customer experiences.
- Effectively manage complaints and provide timely support.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by going the extra mile.
- Work flexible hours, including shifts and weekends, as required by operational needs.
Requirements :
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal communication skills with active listening.
- G.C.E. Ordinary Level and Advanced Level.
- Ability to multitask, priorities responsibilities and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Fluency in Sinhala, Tamil and English is essential.
- Willingness to work on a shift/roster basis.
