Management Trainee program is a 02 year on the Job training which will offer the right candidate a comprehensive learning experience of Information Technology functions.
๐ Upon successful completion of two years with the performance standards acceptable to the Management, candidates will be absorbed into the Executive Grade of the Bank's cadre.

Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer science, Information Security.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Very good presentation and analytical skills.
- Must be an individual with extremely positive attitudes.
- Experience in managing IT Operations, user support, and infrastructure maintenance will be a definite advantage.
- Age below 27 years.
- Selected candidates should be willing to serve in any part of the country.
