Job profile :
- To carry out deliveries of documents and items to customer sites.
- Assist with the temporary storing of defective parts received from the workshop and field staff.
- Assist with the packing of items to be delivered to customer sites/branches.
- Forward the received good parts to the relevant departments with the correct documents.
- Report all irresolvable issue to the upper management immediately.
- To correctly and legibly fill out all related documents, obtain the required signatures and hand over copies to the supervisor.
- Corporate with all superiors, colleagues and subordinates in order to increase the overall team efficiency while creating a pleasant and friendly working environment.
Candidate Profile :
- Minimum qualification is GCE O/L with at least 06 passes (Including Maths & English subjects)
- Previous experience in similar role would be an added advantage.
- Good command in English language will be an added advantage.
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Age should be below 35 years.
- Should be a person who is committed and who can work with minimum supervision.
