The National Child Protection Authority (NCPA) invites applications from qualified Sri Lankan citizens for the following positions:

✅ Management Assistant – Technical (MA 2-1) – 09 Posts

Eligibility :

External Candidates :

• National Vocational Qualification Level 5 in IT or Office Management from an accepted technical institution

Internal Candidates :

• Same qualifications as external

Age :

• 18 – 45 years

• MA 2-1: Rs. 50,540 – 10 × 540 – 7 × 630 – 4 × 890 – 20 × 1190 = 87,710

✅ Management Assistant – Non-Technological (MA 1-1) – 15 Posts

Eligibility :

External Candidates :

• GCE O/L with Credit passes for 4 subjects (Sinhala/Tamil, English, Mathematics)
• GCE A/L with 3 subjects (excluding General Paper)

Internal Candidates :

• Must meet external requirements

Age :

• 18 – 45 years

Salary Scale :

• MA 1-1: Rs. 46,220 – 10 × 540 – 7 × 630 – 4 × 890 – 20 × 1190 = 83,390

📝 Recruitment Process

• Written Competitive Examination (Language Proficiency, Aptitude, Subject Knowledge or Computer Test)
• Structured Interview for shortlisted candidates.

• Good moral character and physical/mental fitness to serve in any region
