The Ideal Candidate :
  • Full or part qualification in HR from a recognized institute.
  • Prior Experience in overall HR functions.
  • Proficiency in HRIS System and MS office Packages.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities :
  • Maintain accurate & timely records of HOD's & employee's rosters/leave/attendance on HRIS/ Time and Attendance systems
  • Ensure that leave and attendance polices align with company practices and legal requirements
  • Highlight & address attendance/roster related issues, discrepancies conflicts in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with other HR Functions, such as payroll and benefits to ensure seamless processes related to attendance/leave and HR operations
  • The successful candidate will be placed on an attractive remuneration package based on the qualifications and experience
