๐ Attached to HR, this internship will provide you with the opportunity to experience the practical aspects of Talent Acquisition & Development.
Role Profile :
- Assist the employee on-boarding by receiving CV's from internal and external sources.
- Scheduling and coordinating the interviews.
- Updating recruitment database and employee referral database.
- Organizing induction programs for new recruits with key resource personnel.
- Coordinating local and foreign training programs.
- Maintaining the training and development database by updating the monthly statistics.
- Assist the training payments process.
Personal Profile :
- Final Year Under Graduate/Fresh Graduate in HRM or Business Administration from a recognized University.
- Excellent written and verbal communication Skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Package.
- Ability to meet deadlines and eye to detail.
