Job Responsibilities :

• Manage procurement of goods and services, ensuring compliance with company standards
• Assist in supplier evaluation and selection
• Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies and regulations
• Conduct quality control checks on purchased goods
• Maintain supplier communication for inquiries, orders, and delivery schedules
• Prepare purchase orders based on department needs
• Support senior procurement staff in administrative tasks like data entry, documentation, and filing
• Act as a liaison between suppliers, vendors, and internal departments

Candidate Requirements :

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, or a relevant field (or an equivalent qualification)
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in procurement (Experience in Import & Logistics Operations is an advantage)
• Proficiency in MS Office packages
• Below 35 years of age
