Job Description

Job Functions :

  • Be part of a highly motivated team that serves customers effectively and efficiently.
  • Answer incoming calls from customers, assisting with accidents, inquiries, assessments, and complaints.

Qualifications and Experience :

  • Passed G.C.E. Advanced Level. Males preferred. Age below 28 years.
  • Willingness to work on a shift/Work From Home and rotation basis.
  • Very clear and pleasant voice.
  • Good communication skills in both Sinhala & English; ability to communicate in Tamil is an advantage.
  • Willingness to listen and understand the customer, with effective time management.
  • Ability to work in teams and computer literacy.
