Job Description
Job Functions :
- Be part of a highly motivated team that serves customers effectively and efficiently.
- Answer incoming calls from customers, assisting with accidents, inquiries, assessments, and complaints.
Qualifications and Experience :
- Passed G.C.E. Advanced Level. Males preferred. Age below 28 years.
- Willingness to work on a shift/Work From Home and rotation basis.
- Very clear and pleasant voice.
- Good communication skills in both Sinhala & English; ability to communicate in Tamil is an advantage.
- Willingness to listen and understand the customer, with effective time management.
- Ability to work in teams and computer literacy.
