Job Description

Softlogic Retail (Pvt) Ltd, a fully owned subsidiary of Softlogic Holdings PLC, is a leading partner for many of the world’s leading Consumer Electronics and Furniture Brands in Sri Lanka.

Job Profile :

• Maintaining project dashboards and reviewing them with the project team on a weekly basis.
• Preparing project-wise working progress reports and reconciling them with budget and actuals.
• Monitoring project cash flows and supplier payments.
• Arranging project advance payments and reviewing supplier/service partner advance payments with the project team weekly.
• Monitoring project profitability, identifying budgeted figure variations, and advising on finance-related decisions.
• Maintaining a project retention list and reviewing it monthly with the project team.
• Preparing divisional profitability reports up to NP level monthly.
• Preparing monthly incentives for the OFA division.
• Coordinating intercompany debtors and creditors-related work with the team.

Requirements :

• Part qualification of CA/CIAM or AAT.
• Proven experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Excellent analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a deadline-driven environment.
