📋 Key Responsibilities :

• Support the onboarding process for new employees (letters, orientation materials, HR briefings).
• Provide administrative support for day-to-day HR operations.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Assist with employee engagement activities and initiatives.
• Help prepare HR reports and documents.
• Participate in HR projects and research tasks.
• Address employee inquiries and HR-related questions.
• Provide assistance on various HR projects as required.

🎯 Ideal Candidate :

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in a career in Human Resources.
• GCE A/L qualification with a solid academic background.
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Independent with minimum supervision required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Package.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Age below 25 years.
