Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will support our HR department's daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient management of human resource tasks. This role is integral to maintaining employee satisfaction, ensuring compliance, and fostering a positive work environment.

Job Role and Responsibilities :

• Handle day-to-day HR operations, including attendance, leave management, and employee records.
• Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor regulations.
• Maintain and update HR-related documentation such as contracts, policies, and performance reviews.
• Conduct employee counseling sessions to address grievances and provide guidance.
• Support the recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Assist in employee engagement activities and initiatives to boost morale and productivity.
• Ensure HR practices align with company policies and government regulations.
• Prepare reports and maintain data for HR audits and compliance purposes.

Required Qualifications and Skills :

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, PQHRM at CIPM.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes and labor laws.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations confidentially.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with HR software and systems is an added advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
