Lanka Sathosa Limited is Sri Lanka's largest retail chain, dedicated to providing high-quality goods and services at competitive prices. We are currently seeking a Quality Assurance Assistant to join our team and help ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Qualifications and Requirements

✔ We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

Educational Requirements:

• Successfully passed the G.C.E. (O/L) examination with six subjects in one sitting, including credit passes in:
  • Sinhala or Tamil
  • Mathematics
• Successfully passed the G.C.E. (A/L) examination in three subjects, preferably in:
  • Biology
  • Agricultural Science
  • Bio System Technology

Experience :

• Proven experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in the FMCG sector, is an added advantage.

Additional Criteria :

• Must be a citizen of Sri Lanka.
• Should be physically and mentally fit to discharge the duties required and to work in any part of Sri Lanka.
• Must possess excellent moral character.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary Code: MA1 - 2-2016
• Basic Salary: Rs. 27,910/= (Additional allowances apply according to government circulars.)
• Salary Scale: Rs. [27,910 + 10 increments of 300 + 7 increments of 350 + 12 increments of 600 + 12 increments of 710 = 49,080]
• Nature of Appointment: Permanent, with entitlement to EPF and ETF.

Age Requirement

• Applicants should be between 18 and 45 years old.
