Job Profile :

  • Manage client-related documentation, ensuring accurate records and organized information.
  • Follow up with corporate clients, understandingtheir requirements and maintaining regular com- munication
  • Make outbound calls to assess client needs and provide necessary information about our services.

Candidate Profile :
  • Passed A/L and a Degree/ Diploma in Business, Mar- keting, or a related field.
  • Comfortable with phone-based interactions and building rapport with clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
