Job Profile :
- Manage client-related documentation, ensuring accurate records and organized information.
- Follow up with corporate clients, understandingtheir requirements and maintaining regular com- munication
- Make outbound calls to assess client needs and provide necessary information about our services.
- Passed A/L and a Degree/ Diploma in Business, Mar- keting, or a related field.
- Comfortable with phone-based interactions and building rapport with clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
