Qualifications :

• Passed at GCE A/L with 03 cedit passes.
• Partly or fully completion of any course related to the HR will be a definite advantage.
• Having Sinhala Typing Skills will be an added advantage.

» You will assist the HR team in day-to-day operations and obtain practical experience in a variety of HR functions as an intern in human resources. Your main duties will be to assist with hiring and onboarding procedures, keep track of employees, plan training sessions, and take part in HR initiatives. Additionally, you will assist with labor law compliance, employee relations, and benefits administration.
