What is a Trainee Staff Assistant job in a bank?

💎An entry-level role in a bank is that of a trainee staff assistant, which is meant to familiarize new hires with different facets of banking operations. To obtain a thorough understanding of bank operations, these trainees usually work their way through several departments, including account management, loan processing, and customer service. Assisting clients with their questions,handling transactions, facilitating administrative work, and becoming knowledgeable about regulatory compliance are a few examples of duties. The trainee will be prepared for more advanced roles within the bank with the knowledge and skills this role is meant to impart.

Requirements :

Age below 23 years.
Three (03) Simple Passes at GCE A/L for the main three subjects (in one sitting), excluding General English.
Minimum five (05) Credit Passes at GCE O/L including Mathematics, in the first sitting.
Credit Pass for English at GCE O/L in the first sitting / subsequent sitting.
Any part qualification in CA, ACCA, CIMA, CIM, SLIM, Banking (IBSL), IT, AAT etc, will be an added advantage.
