Customer Coordinator - DSI Samson Group Job Vacancies

Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote insurance products and services across multiple online channels, including social media.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify target audience segments and develop tailored marketing messages and offers.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in the digital marketing and insurance industry.
• Track and analyze campaign results and performance metrics, and prepare regular reports and
• insights to inform decision-making and optimize marketing efforts.
• Assist with basic accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 01 year of experience in digital marketing and accounting roles.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques, and best practices, including social media marketing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent literacy in English and Sinhala Languages.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
